Which DAW Do I Need?

Any of them. Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Cubase, Bitwig, Studio One — the entire system is DAW-neutral - however, demonstrations are in Ableton Live.

 

Nothing inside relies on a specific plugin or device that only exists in one DAW. You also don't need any paid third-party plugins — stock tools are enough for everything taught.
